Occasionally an employer elects for an in-person enrollment where an employee has the option of meeting with a benefit consultant to review plan information. With Opt In, Up, Or Out® insurance consultations, the consultant and employee together decide if it’s in the best interest of the employee to:

• Opt In for the minimum
• Opt Up for a higher amount, or
• Opt Out to decline

 

If your employer selects Opt In, UP, Or Out® Consultancy Services you will be provided a sign up option through work.
